EXCHANGE OR IN-STORE VOUCHER CONDITIONS
If you are not satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a voucher to spend in-store or exchange the product for another of equal value (excluding shipping, taxes, or customs fees), as long as the product has not been used or damaged. This period will be calculated, for online sales, from the date the customer receives the product.

You must prepare the original shipping packaging, indicating the address detailed below:

Juan de Vera Street, 7. 38201 San Cristobal de La Laguna. Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
We will send the agency to pick up the package.
CONDITIONS:

The product must not be used and must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with its original packaging, and within a maximum of 15 calendar days after receipt.

Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, a voucher will be issued for use in the store or exchanged for another product of equal value.

If the customer is responsible for a decrease in the value of the returned goods due to handling other than necessary, the seller may claim compensation.

This exchange or bonus option will not apply to specific promotions or actions, which will be subject to their own terms and conditions.
